Our Bungalow Resort
In addition to our investments in the financial markets, we also create and run our own businesses to continuously expand our ecosystem. One of these ventures is our own bungalow resort in Kampot (Cambodia), Coconut Paradise Bungalow.
Our resort is operated by Bros & Gains Limited (Ireland) and comprises nine bungalows, an additional restaurant located in downtown Kampot, and an ATV rental service. It already generates initial revenue for the community. Investors and members of Bros & Gains are, of course, entitled to exclusive preferential booking rates.

The System
Bros & Gains is structured with maximum transparency through the use of blockchain technology and our proprietary BAGX shares. A total of 100 million BAGX exist, representing the entire ecosystem with all its investments, revenues, and assets. Holders of BAGX automatically become co-owners of the ecosystem. They benefit from regular profit distributions as well as governance and voting rights. Due to the fixed and non-expandable total supply of BAGX, every new investment as well as each revenue generated within the ecosystem has a value-enhancing effect on BAGX shares traded on exchanges.
BAGX shares can be acquired through two different channels: either independently as our native cryptocurrency (BAGX Token) on decentralized exchanges, or alternatively as a direct, private, and contractually regulated participation in our investment companies. Corporate participations are not offered publicly and are reserved exclusively for selected investors.
